Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the purchase date. After leaving our fulfillment warehouse, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on the shipping method you select. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. For bulk orders, the printing process takes 3-5 business days, and delivery takes 5-7 business days.
Please be aware that delivery times may be extended during promotional events or holidays due to increased order volumes.
Fundraising Swag & Grateful & Blessed is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with the US Postal Service
- Entered the wrong shipping address
- Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. Please file a claim with the carrier.
Fundraiser Swag & Grateful+Blessed Boutique Returns & Order Issues
ALL Fundraiser Swag or Grateful+Blessed Boutique products are custom-made on demand, so we do not accept returns or exchanges in most cases:
- Any products produced and delivered as specified by you when you placed your order are not eligible for return
- Free Samples or promotional items are not eligible for returns
- Bulk orders produced and delivered as ordered are not eligible for return
Again, because many of our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, design selection, or for general buyer’s remorse. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
Please contact our support team at info@fundraiserswag.com within 14 days of receiving your order for assistance with any order issues. Requests submitted after 14 days from the delivery date may not be eligible for replacement or return review.
To process a claim, clear photos of the item and issue are required. This helps us review whether there was a printing defect, production issue, shipping damage, or fulfillment error.
If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.
As all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for personalized, custom, or print-on-demand products unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our end.
