Please check the box below if you plan to receive 10% in sales comissions. Skip the fundraiser acknowledgment if you only want a swag store setup.
Please note that small organizations will start with a 4 items max. We will adjust the apparel and products to meet the needs of the fundraiser. For organizations with year round stores we will be able to add more.
Provide two primary colors. If you have a brand guideline website link, specific Hex or RGB colors, include them here . If you don't have any, feel free to put N/A.
